Senior Civil Engineer / Site Engineer
Supervise day-to-day site execution, quality, safety, coordination, documentation, and engineering compliance across active projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities according to drawings, specifications, standards, and project plans.
- Monitor labour, material, and equipment usage while resolving technical issues on site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, labour supervisors, suppliers, consultants, and design teams.
- Implement safety protocols, identify hazards, and ensure legal and environmental compliance.
- Maintain progress reports, measurement sheets, site diaries, inventory records, BOQs, schedules, and cost inputs.
Requirements
- Masters, Bachelor degree, or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 7+ years of relevant civil/site engineering experience.
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Good communication, leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and detail orientation.
- MS Office proficiency required; AutoCAD, REVIT, safety certifications, and QA/QC training preferred.
Senior QC & QS
Own quality control and quantity surveying across projects, keeping workmanship, contracts, costs, and documentation aligned.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans, inspections, audits, and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, cost comparisons, and financial forecasts.
- Evaluate contractor bills, variations, payment certifications, claims, and contract administration.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams for quality, tendering, and quantity verification.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 8+ years of experience in real estate, residential, or commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, quality standards, contracts, and billing procedures.
- Experience with high-rise residential, villas, or commercial projects preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, ERP systems, and project management tools; ISO, PMP, or RICS exposure is an advantage.
